The base of this meal plan guide is to truly understand each individual ingredient that you put into your body. There are so many sales pitches out there in the food and supplement industry but there isn’t as much attention to the ingredients in food. First I educate about preservatives and filler ingredients that keep calories low while adding substances. These will be used in foods to add a longer shelf life or adding taste while keeping calories low. The second thing I teach is how to avoid grains, beans and dairy but this isn’t permanent we can always add one of them back in and see how your measurements do while eating. But for the first three inches i have you avoid them for the most part.
